To offer the best quality/price ratio, most of our products shipped from our warehouse in China via registered mail, for which customers will receive tracking details as soon as they are shipped.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

The Apex Modz Customized Smart Ring is a passive NFC/RFID enabled ring. It does not have a battery so it does not require charging. You just need to pair it with your Tesla and it can replace your smart card or mobile phone for easy access to your Tesla Model 3
Real Tesla smart card NFC (near field communication) internals are used in each of our rings. The smart cards are melted and the NFC circuitry is then cleaned and rolled up to fit inside the ring. The rings are made of ceramic to ensure there is no degradation to wireless radio communication with your Tesla.

The rings are made of zirconia ceramic with high polish shine for the gloss versions and a matte finish ceramic on the matte versions.

Took delivery of 2018 Model 3 right before Valentine's Day in 2021. Ordered my ring with My Funny Valentine engraved inside the ring, Hurricane Ian dumped nearly 3' feet of water for 12 days, and my Tesla was totaled. On October 22, 2022, my replacement 2019 Model 3 arrived with only 24,000 miles, also cobalt blue. My ring needs its chip reprogramed. Don’t work very well so don’t like for me and my wife
Unlike previous ring I ordered, the case does not contain LED light and the inside engraving is not centered. Love the white color!

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. State if you would like a refund or store credit.As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 - 3 business days. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
Return time frames depend on how soon you are able to ship the products to us and when we receive them.
