Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide for FREE. Products of different sizes may take different times to deliver. Please allow sufficient time for your product to arrive in your country. In ideal conditions, your order will be delivered on average within 2 to 3 weeks after placing an order. Please be aware that some countries, in particular, those outside the USA can stop some parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with their import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. More often than not packages arrive without issue. However, please be aware that we will not be held liable for any delays or additional costs due to local customs processes in your country.
Can you customise the products in my order?

We have some products you can customize to your liking and specifications like our Custom Carbon Steering Wheels , Custom Emblems and Puddle lights . For other items, we cannot further customize them as they are designed to be specifically fit for each make and model. However, if there is something you would like to see on our site, please feel free to contact us and let us know your idea. We are always looking at creating new products for our customers. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?
As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfilment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation fee within the first 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped, the normal returns and refund policies kick in. Please ensure to cancel your order within the first 24 hours if you have changed your mind. We often submit items for fulfilment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. If your order has shipped, we ask that you follow our returns policy to get a refund once you receive your product.
How long until my order is sent out?
Our handling time takes 2 to 4 business days. This means that your order will usually ship out within this period. On exceptionally busy periods like Black Friday or Christmas, our handling times may increase to deal with the backlog.

Do you sell products for my car, I don't see them listed?
The brands, cars and models shown on our site are our current listings. We are increasing our product selection regularly and are looking to add more vehicles. If there is a product you would like but don't see, please feel free to contact us and we are happy to discuss it.
Where do you ship from?
We are building our own warehouse in Houston TX as well as within the EU shortly. We endeavor to get your items to you as soon as possible regardless of where they are shipped from. Most orders are shipped from our locations in US, UK and China.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping via Fedex, DHL or UPS for any real carbon fiber orders exceeding $500. If you would like to discuss expedited shipping for any other products, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our contact form. When will my tracking number become active?
Usually, the tracking numbers will be active within 2-3 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that the tracking activity can suffer delays from customs and shipping processes.
What if my product is damaged?
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us. We'll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
