SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

WARNING!!!
I ordered this item from PimpMyEV.com
From a guy who introduced himself as Ali.
I bought it since I watched the video on the PimpMyEV.com dsitr and loved how this looked.
I sent him my car's specs and this video and specific requests via the ordering site as well as via phone and via email.
All of which he confirmed.
3 weeks passes by and I receive my order and it is completely different.
The features mentioned by Kobra on the video, where the front seat back is exposed, the backseat arm rest is separate and the color of the seat!!
All do not exist!
It has a wrap around cover for the front seats. It has a back seat zipper opening for the arm rest.
All awful!
Worse is that PimpMyEV wont honor their return policy with me.
They said they can only offer a 20% refund!!!!
After complaining all day and back and forth via email and phone, Sam from PimpMyEV offered 50% back!!
That is unacceptable! I ordered a completely different item!
DO NOT ORDER.
Did not fit as clean as what was shown on Youtube video where Dad's Toys and Cars showed your product. Head was sized and has a BAGGY fit as with the sections of the back seat. The Velcro that is supposed to assist with making sure the seat cover are tuck in was POORLY attached and broke off with little to no effort. The price is over inflated and cheaper seat cover from Amazon fit better than PimpmyEV. The seat cover my wife purchased off of Amazon on her model Y fits way better. I plan to make a video and share my dissatisfaction so that other can see the issued I had with PimpmyEV model 3 seat covers. I purchased this product with my own money and was not sponsored by anyone. I will post my video to my channel with my thoughts on this product. Not satisficed at at and will show all the defects with the product I received. My son has a Model Y where we will be doing a comparison review of the price difference and quality of seat covers from different vendors which will include PimpmyEV.
I ordered these seat covers because I wanted to transform the black look into a more cheerful and brighter white. I also ordered the inscription **Cleopatra ** which is the name of my vehicle., After reflection and a statement from the company, I asked if it would be possible to add the sign 'on the E. that it was not my surprise to see that it was done

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. State if you would like a refund or store credit.As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 - 3 business days. ApexModz does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective - please read below for further details.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
