With the new shipping methods and couriers we use, most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Our new couriers launched in Jan 2021 and all tracking numbers are trackable on our tracking page.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

Beautiful and worth the money! It was a little challenging to install and it took me and hour to do, but once I figured it out it was smooth sailing.
This product is terrible. The install instructions are barely literate and nowhere does it identify the mobile app that controls the lighting. To add the confusion the box shows a remote controller, not a phone app. There was no remote controller in my package. In other words this is junk. Don’t waste your money.
Hi Richard. Very sorry to hear of your experience with this product. We are taking actions to rectify the shortcomings of this. We will look at adding more detailed user instructions. This item only works with a mobile phone app and not its own controller.

i have tried it at once i got the package, the install is easy, took a little time to download the app and control the led strip. It works as expectation and i am satisfied with it!
Very good. Much better than I expected. Feedback to future owners to not bend the wires too much as it could affect the light passing the tube. Delivery came within 10 days. A+++

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. State if you would like a refund or store credit.As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 - 3 business days. ApexModz does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective - please read below for further details.
Please ensure the merchandise is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new, and unused in order to receive your refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
