SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

Great quality and easy to install.
Was unsure how to rate these because I don’t really care for the look of it on the backs of the seat but i got exactly what was advertised so I can’t complain too much about them. The craftsmanship of them are perfectly fine and there weren’t any defects when I received them(it did take a while to receive them. I want to say around 1 month)if they had a better return policy I’d probably return them but they don’t so I’m just going to keep them considering that they were pretty much $100.

I can see from the history of your order, it was placed on the 23rd of May and it was delivered on the 13 of June. It did take slightly long, however is was a lot less than 1 month. We are now shipping these from the US and they are delivered by USPS.
The company accidentally sent the wrong piece, but customer service was quick to respond and fix it! Thank you!!!
Just received the vegan Leather “Alcantara” seat back covers. This review is 100% honest and sincere. The shipping process does take some time since it’s shipped from their warehouse overseas, so be patient….it’s definitely worth it.
The instillation is a no brainer. Shouldn’t take you no longer then about 20 minutes tops, and that’s taking your time. The end result, amazing!! I don’t have any kids, so there is no worry of feet being put up against the back of the seats to ruin the material. The Vegan Leather is not one of the seat backings you should pick if you’re going to be transporting little children. But with that said, the material is beautiful and really gives the back of the seats a really luxurious look 👀.
It was worth every penny. In fact, after I installed the material, I couldn’t believe that they weren’t charging more for these seat backs. Again, worth every penny. Get it, you’ll love it.

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. State if you would like a refund or store credit.As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 - 3 business days. ApexModz does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective - please read below for further details.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
