To offer the best quality/price ratio, most of our products shipped from our warehouse in China via registered mail, for which customers will receive tracking details as soon as they are shipped.
We are in the process of signing up with warehouses in Europe and the US. This page will be updated with that information as soon as we have stock at these warehouses.
With the new shipping methods and couriers we use, most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Our new couriers launched in Jan 2021 and all tracking numbers are trackable on our tracking page.

Even though we aim to get the orders to our customers as fast as possible, you may experience delays such as transit, customs, or last-mile carrier delays. This is beyond our control, however, the tracking will provide details of all events through the journey of the product.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

FAQS:
Will the multimedia work when the car is in drive?
Yes, it will work when the car is in drive mode as the screen has its own isolated operating system which is only accessible by rear passengers.
How do I check if I have a Intel or AMD processor?

How is it mounted?
The screen is mounted on a replacement AC vent cover. The original AC vent cover needs to be removed and replaced with the one that comes with this screen.
Does it support English Language?
Yes, the screen / tablet supports the US, UK and International English language.
Does the screen share the car's internet connection or does it need its own?
The car does not share its internet connection with anything apart from its own computer. The rear screen will need its own internet connection with a mobile WiFi hotspot. The climate control and multimedia controls from the screen will not need an internet connection as that is plugged directly into the ODB2 port.
Can I connect headphones to it?
Yes, you can connect wireless bluetooth headphones to the screen.
Can I connect this alongside a front screen?
Yes, you can connect the wires supplied with this product in a sequence with other wires that go into the main computer. This is also called daisy chain. Connecting 2 wires in sequence works fully and does not impact the operation of this device.

INSTALLATION:
The installation of this mod is an involved process, but it is definitely worth the reward. Installation difficulty is 5 out of 10. Installation takes 1 to 2 hours with testing.

Product idea is great. Did not come with any wiring. Contacted pimp my ev waiting on email. Been over 1 week already
Pimpmyev was very helpful with the installation. I have a 2022 Model Y performance with an AMD computer. How to install it, you have to unplug the third black connector on the computer and then install the black connector on the hardness into the computer. Once installed, you connect the black connector installed in the computer to the hardness and then run the wire back to your rear entertainment. The hardest part is installing the black connector into the computer. Be patient. It will go. I hope everyone finds this helpful that owns a newer version with AMD. Once again, thanks for all your help. You won't get this kind of help with Hansshow.

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return.
