With the new shipping methods and couriers we use, most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Our new couriers launched in Jan 2021 and all tracking numbers are trackable on our tracking page.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

Beautiful design, love the 3x blinking brake light and sequential turn signals. Installation was pretty easy with the right tools. My tail light sequential turn signals are amber and the upgrade rear fog light/turn signals are red. Would have been nice to have amber led sequential lights to match.
Honestly they are beautiful and add style to the vehicle but the wiring design is terrible. I’m order to feed the the wiring from the top light it’s a hassle it would be smarter to make the bottom wiring longer and feed it from the bottom to the top since it’s easier to reach from the small home. Lastly the shipping it’s pretty slow. I would expect the package to take about a week from California to the east coast but it took two and a half week. Even the tracking was pretty spotty and not update.

My car is all gloss and black with satin trim. I love the way these black out tail lights look and how they blink totally custom.
After watching YouTube videos and being assure by the company that the lights will work on my American Tesla Model 3 LR, I purchased the Audi style lights about a month ago. After using the installation YouTube video, it was pretty easy to install. They work great and I get compliments on them. I”m telling people to rush to the PimpmyEv site and order. Now my car is not just one in a million Tesla’s… it’s unique! I just ordered my new custom steering yolk and seat covers. Can’t wait to get them!
Thank you to Tesla DIY for sharing this product. I absolutely love and recommend! Tesla DIY on Youtube did explain that it would function differently in the U.S market vs Chinese. I did go with Tesla DIY instructions over the recommended bumper removal at my own risk and it was a fast install. I did use a cable tool to feed down the wire to the bumper and a drill with step bit to make the hole a little bigger.

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. State if you would like a refund or store credit.As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process your return within 2 - 3 business days. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
