SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Most orders are delivered within the US, some of the products we sell come directly from overseas and pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by ApexModz or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.

Installation on the Model 3 was fairly straight forward after watching videos. Be careful when unclipping/pulling back body panels. I used metal wire to lead the fog light wire to the taillight. FYI, the plug connectors will not fit through the standard bumper holes. You will need to drill larger holes in the bumper once you remove your old reflectors. After install was complete, the lights powered on with the brake lights and turn signals, as designed. These help increase your visibility to other drivers + are quite satisfying. To my minor disappointment, I noticed while driving at night when the brake lights illuminate under braking, the left fog light flashes quickly but the other doesn't, then both go full illumination. This minor electrical bug isn't horrible, but it slightly bugs me that it isn't perfect. I'll have to check if the connection is secure.
Installation is a little difficult but manageable for me. Not recommended for people who don’t know abt cars. I wish the length of the wire of the bumper light is a foot longer so that isn’t not that hard to reach all the way down to the bumper to connect the two connectors together. Love the lights!
I think you need to come up with a better video to show how to put these in without taking the back bumper off and show her the plugs and wires go it’s very confusing and watched a bunch a Videos to get this job done without taking the bumper off
These are very nice and look like it should have been from the factory. I used the install method from the PMEV site. Note, on a late model 2021 Y, there was no way to get your hands down to press the fitting on the original reflectors. I used a long flathead screwdriver and just broke them off, so the reflector would come out. Having a 2nd person with flashlight was helpful to see. Took me an hour, first one took about 45 min, the 2nd 15 min. Use blue tape to protect paint around tail lights as they are a pain to take out. 8mm wrench to remove tail light bolts, and a 10mm for the bumper bolt. Also, had to cut the hole in the middle (behind the reflectors) to get the electrical fittings through.
Overall, this is a very nice upgrade and adds safety to your car for lane changing and braking.

RETURNS POLICY:
Shopping for your car should be hassle-free and fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If an item is faulty, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If the items are not faulty, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. This is equivalent to the shipping cost for the products we sell. As with all sales, there are costs associated and since we offer free shipping on everything, the cost is needs to be accounted for hence the restocking fee. This is similar to other businesses that do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the items you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Indicate reason for return. 4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item we delivered is defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are on us.We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
For products such as the custom steering wheels, custom smart ring, custom puddle lights, custom seat covers and custom emblems there are no returns or exchanges. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled during production. These are fully custom made products that are built to your specifications. That is the nature of custom made products, unfortunately.We will of course cover any manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Having said that, we have had very few complaints or issues for any of our custom products in the last 3 years.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our returns process is pretty simple. Just initiate a return request via our contact form. Our returns team will be able to provide you with the location to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.Please include a tracking number for the returned product, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover costs for return shipping for any items other than damaged or defective items.
